Welcome to my help section where I'll aim to answer the most frequently asked questions that my customer and visitors ask. Feel free to send me a question or drop me a message if yours is not listed below! Maya x
1. How many options of foil colours do you offer?
Across all my products, you are able to select Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, Royal Blue or Rainbow Holographic. I will always aim to stock more colours, so if you have a request, let me know. I may be able to source this from my supplier.
2. Can you write a message inside the card for me?
Yes! I provide a free printed message inside, should you wish to opt for this. You can supply the message in the 'Notes' box at the checkout, just before you pay. I am unable to handwrite a message inside.
3. Does my card come with an envelope?
Absolutely! Your greeting card will come accompanied with its own envelope to send to your recipient. You can choose between Kraft Brown and White. The card and envelope will be safely enclosed in a hardback mailer for smooth delivery.
4. Do you have tracking for my order?
Tracking is only available for delivery upgrades that opt for UK Next Day P&P. This upgrade will require a signature and you will also get a tracking number so you can monitor its status. All other services do not have tracking, so please consider this when you place your order.
5. Can I amend the wording artwork on a card?
In most cases, I can amend the wording to suit your needs, to make your keepsake that bit more special. I will do my best to accommodate your request.
6. Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
I have priced my cards to be as affordable as possible, considering the costs of supplies. With that said, should you require a bulk order, please get in touch, as I may be able to offer a small discount.
